What would you say are the benefits of a villa over a hotel?
Numerous reasons spring to mind – independence, freedom, flexibility, luxury, comfort, all modern home comforts, beautiful surroundings, peace of mind.
Do you accept credit / debit cards?
Yes we can accept payment via all major credit and debit cards, we do however have to add a small admin fee to cover bank charges.
How do we get the keys to the villa?
Access to the villa is via a security code – this along with directions to the villa will be supplied to you 2-3 weeks prior to your departure. Or if a last minute booking as soon as we receive cleared payment.
Check in is 4pm, what if I am late?
We do realise that everyone has very different travel arrangements, this time is just a guide as the villa may not be ready earlier than this. We can sometimes arrange a late checkout if needed - just let us know as soon as you confirm your travel arrangements.
Who do we contact if we have a problem while in the villa?
We have a local management company on hand to take care of any problems that may arise. They are available during regular office hours if you have any minor issues and are also available 24 hours a day in the unlikely event of any emergency. Contact details are provided with directions.
Do you allow smoking in your villa?
For the comfort of guests our home is non-smoking, however smoking is permitted on the patio area.
Do you let pet’s in the villa?
Sorry but our villa is strictly a no pet zone.
What do we need to bring with us?
Our villa is furnished to a very high standard is fully equipped, which truly makes it a home from home. All bedding, pillows and towels are provided (this includes all towels for use around our pool). You will need to bring your own towels for use in the water parks and beaches. We have a washing machine and tumble dryer for your use so no need to take the dirty washing home; we even have an iron and ironing board at your disposal. Does the villa have a phone?
The villa does have a phone and local calls are free. To make long distance calls you are best to purchase a phone card at the local supermarket. The phone will also take incoming calls and you will be given the villa phone number before you travel so family can call you if you wish.
Is the villa Air Conditioned?
Yes, the villa is fully air-conditioned and has heat too; this is included in our rental rates.
What if I need a cot or highchair?
We have a travel cot/bedding and highchair available for our guests to use free of charge. However if you need anything more our management company have baby equipment available for hire.
